The inversion workshop will allow you to discover how to get your body and mind ready for both the simple and more challenging inversions. Learn how to build up strength in upper body and strengthen your core to go into inversion poses safely.
Individuals will get attention and hands-on adjustments and support to address specific issues, challenges or injuries which may prevent them from attempting to do inversions poses. Guidance will be also provided on how to take care of the wrists, which bears most of the body weight in most of the inversions poses. Difficult inversions poses will be broken down in key alignment to progress in the final poses safely. This workshop is not suitable for pregnant women, people with heart conditions, high blood pressure, recent stroke, neck injuries, detached retina, glaucoma and epilepsy.
