It is not important that you are able to do many asanas but what is important is how you approach and sustain the asanas to utilise the maximum benefit of specific asana. Patanjali says that Sthira sukhama asan, that means that asanas should be steady and comfortable. Such state of asana is only possible when it is done correctly with breathing and your body has reached to that stage where asana becomes easy to do.
In this workshop we will focus on some of the most important asanas of yoga and learn, with a lot of details, how to practise them properly. Adjustments will be provided for the better understanding and also to experience that the more you let go and activating only the muscles which are needed in a particular posture, the deeper you can go in order to get the full benefit.
We will finish the workshop with the chakra cleansing meditation to activate your energy points to revitalize and stimulate your internal organs to achieve better health. Chakra meditation also brings a lasting calmness which enables you to stay happy and relaxed.
You will also take home a 30 minutes program of yoga which will help you to grow physically and mentally.
