Mamta Kanabar is truly immersed in yoga practise, and has been teaching it since 2008. She has achieved over 1172 hours teacher’s training from various institutions both in the UK and further afield in India, and also holds diploma in pre and post natal yoga and Weight Management consultancy. Eager to share the benefits of yoga, Mamta has organised and delivered a number of workshops around the world, including China and Australia, focusing on health and wellbeing. She has delivered yoga teacher’s training for Patanjali Yogpeet Trust in UK. She has written and prepared several yoga workshops dealing with illness through yoga practice. In 2013 her book Awakening Chakra through Yoga Practice was published. She is also a qualified Pilates teacher.
